If you haven't been to the clinic to see Dr. Nik for more than 3 months, please book this session as you most likely need an extended session for the first session. The 15 min session is for wellness care for patients that attend regularly and don't have acute injury or pain.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
