CSEP-PATH is a standardized physical fitness assessment that looks at baseline health measures (heart rate and blood pressure), body composition, flexibility, aerobic fitness, and musculoskeletal strength and endurance. This is a typical assessment tool used for firefighter and paramedic fitness testing, but can be used by anyone who is looking to understand their current fitness levels and create goals to progress their fitness.
