This service begins with a TMJ-focused assessment to identify areas of imbalance and tension in the jaw, neck, face, and surrounding muscles. We then move into both targeted massage & lymphatic drainage designed to release the deep muscular patterns that contribute to pain and tightness. A key component of this treatment is buccal (intraoral) massage, which works inside the mouth to access the deeper jaw muscles creating create significant relief for clients experiencing chronic tension, clenching, or limited jaw mobility.
