If you are not booked for the combo treatment (ultrasound + manual drainage), to make the most of the treatment, it’s essential to drain both breasts after your session to help clear the ducts and restore milk flow. We recommend bringing a breast pump with you to use afterward. If you prefer, you’re more than welcome to bring your baby to breastfeed immediately following the treatment. Most mothers feel significant relief after just one or two sessions. Please note: If you have breast implants, we require a letter from your doctor or surgeon confirming it’s safe to proceed with treatment.
