You will be surrounded by soothing art, comfortably laying on a massage bed or zero gravity chair where you will receive community acupuncture. You will participate in a soothing sound bath & will be guided into peaceful rest. It's the perfect combo to help with managing aches&pain, calming stress/ anxiety and helping with sleep.
