Indie Head Massage is an ancient form of massage focusing on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders and pectoral regions. Warm oil is generously applied to these areas as well as to the hair (so bring a hat or hair tie for after). This is paired with deep therapeutic massage targeting muscles and fascial restrictions in the area promoting a sense of deep relaxation.
