The Positive Pregnancy Program: Using both her Naturopathic and Doula training, Dr. Heather, ND guides you through this structured appointment series to help you feel positive, confident and supported on every stage of your pregnancy journey. From supplemental recommendations, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, labour preparation and postpartum planning, Dr. Heather, ND will provide you with individualized support so that you have the positive pregnancy experience you’ve been wanting! Each appointment is set up specifically to cover some of the various changes you may be experiencing at each stage of your pregnancy journey, but additional appointments are always available should you need more support between your scheduled visits! This appointment is to be scheduled within weeks 4-13 of your pregnancy. In this appointment, you will review initial pregnancy support such as nutrition and supplemental optimization, support for early pregnancy symptoms, review of what to expect throughout your pregnancy journey including an overview of appointments and screenings to expect. Dr. Heather, ND will also review recent bloodwork and go through a detailed health history if you are a new patient and have not done so with her already.
