Direct billing is available for most insurance companies, receipts for reimbursement will be emailed. Pre paid appointments will receive insurance receipt on the day of service.

Cancellation/No Show fee(equal to the amount of missed service) will be charged with the card on file after 12 hours notice (Sickness/Weather & emergencies exempted with explanation).
Cancellations can be made online or text/call 587-894-9499 pre paid appointments will be auto refunded when cancelled on time.
