This session will help to improve quality of movement, preventing injury, promoting active recovery and decreasing pain with education, exercise, movement, manual therapy or review current splints.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
