An 8 class series running Mondays Sept 14-Nov 9 (No class Oct 12), designed to stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind. Class is held 9:30-10:30am Monday mornings in the Merrickville community centre. Please wait in the foyer until the doors open just before 9:30. Bring your own yoga mats and yoga blocks IF you have them (we have some loaners!) Cost is $120 incl tax ($15/class incl tax). Your credit card on file will be charged the first day of class unless you specify otherwise.
