This appointment will be done using video conference. We will go through your history, and I will guide you through movements to help me diagnose your pain or injury. From there, I will offer you exercises to improve your function, reduce your pain, as well as educate you how to prevent and protect your body as it heals.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
