LATE CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW policy:
Please note that the therapist only gets paid for the hours they are booked. When you block and reserve a time slot, you are reserving their time. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Outside this time, you will be responsible for the cost of the therapist’s booked time unless there are unforeseen circumstances, which will be taken into consideration.
No-shows (no communication received by the therapist via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment. The fees will be charged to your credit card on file and cannot be billed to insurance
