Our experienced therapists are here to help you feel better by creating personalized treatment plans to relieve pain and improve daily function.
Please note that our prices will increase effective April 16, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.
First-Time Clients – If this is your first visit or you are booking with a new practitioner, please complete the online intake and consent forms before your appointment.
Extended Health Plan – We offer direct billing to most insurers. If direct billing cannot be processed due to technical issues or policy limitations, patients may be responsible for payment at the time of service. Please check your policy coverage in advance, as eligibility and requirements vary and some plans require a physician’s prescription.
ICBC Recovery Treatment – ICBC covers a limited number of treatments for up to 12 weeks from the date of your accident. Most costs are covered, though a small user fee may apply. Select practitioners bill to ICBC.

Late Cancellation & No Show Policy – We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no show will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
Late Arrival would shorten treatment time.
