Please wear comfortable clothing that can be rolled up to the elbows and knees. Needles may be placed in the head, ears, arms and legs.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
