Please be aware of our clinic’s policies:
Please be advised of the 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy that is in place for all practitioners. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time frame there is a charge of 50% of your appointment fee. A no show or missed appointment without warning is subject to 100% of your appointment fee.
A valid credit card is required on your file to book an appointment. Your card will never be charged for attending your appointment. It is only used in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If you are a current Chiropractic patient of Align but haven’t had a treatment for over 12 months , please be sure to book a “Re-Exam”. Additionally, if you are a current patient but have a new symptom , injury or concern to address with the Chiropractor please also book a “Re-Exam”.
If you have seen one of our treatment providers in a certain discipline you do not need to complete an initial examination to see another practitioner in that same discipline. (Example: If you are a current client of Dr. Hynes you can book in a returning visit with another one of the Chiropractor’s)
We ask everyone to remove their footwear upon entering the clinic, sanitized slippers are available for you during your treatment.
