This is a manual therapy session with the use of Osteopathic techniques, Muscle energy techniques, PNF stretching, joint mobilizations (gr.1-4) and home care. Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
