Chakra Balance

This beautiful morning practice will support a release of heaviness and stagnancy of the body, mind, soul, and empower alignment and energizing of the chakras, body and clarity of the mind and heart. We will remain seated or lying on the mat for the duration of our session. We will start with a warming of the body using some Kundalini practices to activate and recharge from the root to the crown, the hips to the top of the head, using movement and breath. Allowing ourselves to focus inward to both the body and the energy center we harness within. We will follow it with a restorative yoga practice supported with crystal sound bowl healing, to allow relaxation, openness, and connection. You will be guided on a beautiful journey to connect with each chakra, all your parts, and messages from each as we move through a visualization meditation. Distance Reiki will be provided throughout, and an optional card pull and opportunity to journal will be available at the end. Come open to receive whatever is meant for you. If you are feeling stuck or unclear on things in your life, this is great session to recieve clarity. No experience necessary. Yoga mats and bolsters provided. Come in comfy clothes and bring a blanket.
