Your first appointment is 60 minutes and includes both a full assessment and the start of your treatment.
Your physiotherapist will take time to understand your health history, your symptoms, and your goals before completing a thorough pelvic floor assessment. From there, you'll begin treatment in the same visit and leave with a clear picture of what's going on and a plan moving forward.
Everything is explained as you go, and nothing happens without your consent. This is a space where you can ask questions, go at your own pace, and feel comfortable from the start.
