Please also be advised: we require 24 business hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments . Appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours’ notice may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel or an email are considered a NO SHOW and will be subject to the fee of the appointment .
