Fire Cupping is a traditional therapy where a flame is briefly placed inside a glass or bamboo cup to create a vacuum before placing it on the skin. The suction pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward, promoting blood flow and relieving muscle tension.
Cupping Therapy (in general) involves placing suction cups on the skin to stimulate circulation, reduce pain, and promote healing. Modern versions may use manual or mechanical pumps instead of fire.
