Mental Health Services
Our Therapeutic Counselling team provides a skilled, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Using evidence-based approaches, our clinicians thoughtfully tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and stage of life.
New to counselling? We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations with each of our Counsellors to give you an opportunity to meet, ask questions, and learn the ways we can support you best.
Physical Health Rehabilitation
Our Physical Health practitioners provide thoughtful, personalized care through full assessments and treatments for pain, injury rehabilitation, mobility concerns, and overall physical wellness. Each treatment plan is personalized to help you feel stronger, move more comfortably, and return to the activities you enjoy.
