Follow-up appointments will continue building on the foundational knowledge and skills of gender-affirming voice work, and include unique practice routines and skill building catered to the needs, capacity and experience of each client. Sessions will include review of previous skills, practice and body-awareness building, clear homework, and mental and vocal health check-ins.
Note: Clients are encouraged to book a minimum of 4 sessions after the initial assessment as voice work is seen to be most successful when it's consistent and includes support and accountability.
