This treatment includes ~30 mins of typical massage therapy, followed by ~45mins of Indie Head Massage.
Calming but invigorating treatment of the scalp, neck, shoulders and chest to decrease muscle tension. It can support circulation, range of motion, sleep quality, and decrease sympathetic nervous system firing.
*Please note-- oil will be used in the hair during this treatment.*
