Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive procedure that involves the use of fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates the body's natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production, which can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, surgical scars, acne scars and overall skin texture, reducing the size of pores.
Microneedling can help reduce stretch marks, resolve vitiligo, hyperpigmentation and sun damage. Micro-needling treatment typically involves 3 bi-weekly appointments with seasonal or as needed maintenance appointments.
