Orthotic assessment for EXISTING patients. If you are new to the clinic, please book an Initial Assessment to receive a diagnosis and orthotic scan. For extended health insurance coverage, most plans require a prescription from a medical doctor (MD) or nurse practitioner (NP). Patients are responsible for obtaining the required documentation and submitting their orthotics receipts directly to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

What it is
Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
