Intensive treatments are a 1 hour one-on-one treatment using advanced manual therapy techniques to help address deeper physical and emotional holding patterns of restrictions. Patients must have had an assessment prior to intensive treatment. The treatments will include traditional physiotherapy, cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial
release, somato-emotional release and subtle energy.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
