Manual/hands on techniques are used. Some of these include;
soft tissue manipulation (Gentle massage-like techniques to relieve muscle tension, increase blood circulation and reduce pain), joint mobilization (gentle movements to restore range of motion in stiff or restricted joints), Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (A combination of hands-on techniques that may include stretching, resistance, and gentle pressure to restore balance in the musculoskeletal system), Myofascial Release (Applying sustained pressure to release tension in the connective tissues (fascia) surrounding the muscles and organs), Cranial/sacral Therapy (Gentle technique focused on the head, spine and pelvis to address imbalances in the central nervous system).
