The initial assessment and treatment is the beginning of the search for what has gone wrong with your body's mechanics.
We start with a thorough history of your injury or condition, and then take you through a series of tests that allow us to narrow down the cause of your problem. We discuss our findings with you, and propose a treatment plan.
We can't tell you how long it will take for you to be completely painfree, but we can tell you that you should feel a significant difference by the time we have seen you 4 or 5 times.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
