This first visit is designed to help you feel heard, understood, and supported. You’ll meet with Scotty Butcher in a calm, welcoming space that feels more like a living room than a clinic. We’ll talk about your pain, stress, and goals, and do a full physical and nervous system assessment. This may include checking your heart rate, breathing, and other signs of stress. You’ll also learn how your brain and body work together to create pain, and how we can start to change that. This session sets the foundation for your healing journey.
