Assessment - Home Visit
During an initial assessment, you will taken through an 1) intake interview and 2) a physical exam. You will be asked questions about your medical history, your current complaint, and how your injury is affecting you day-to-day, then physical testing will be done to determine the cause of your concern. Please be prepared with sports wear. Following the initial assessment, indicated treatments will be provided and exercises will be given to you to work on.

What it is
Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
