Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations arise where our clients need to cancel their appointments. We therefore request that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide more than 24 hours notice. This allows the clinic sufficient time to schedule in patients who are in need of an appointment. All missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50.00 fee.
