This is an online 'virtual' appointment.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of the group of muscles involved with your urinary, bowel and sexual functions, as well as core stability. Certain muscles are required to support your bladder/uterus/rectum, stabilize your low back/pelvis, and close the openings where urine and stool come out. The goal of pelvic floor physiotherapist is to help resolve and prevent the common pelvic dysfunctions that many of us have been told are a normal part of aging or pregnancy.
Kezia will want to follow up with you for two or three consecutive weeks following your initial appointment. We highly encourage you booking three follow-up appointments all one week apart to ensure you get in with her.

What it is
Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
