If you have a chronic or complex injuries to one or multiple areas of your body, use this link to book your initial physiotherapy visit. You will receive a detailed assessment and discuss your treatment options with you. After determining a plan to address your goals, we will get started with your first treatment during this session. This session is 1 hour long.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
