Please provide your claim information with our front desk or within the Waiver Form sent to you after booking. You will need: Date of Accident, Claim Number (you will receive one after calling ICBC), any adjuster information (their email or tel). Thanks a bunch!
Note: ICBC treatments booked in Jane are effective for patients who had Motor Vehicle Accident on or as of April 1st, 2019 and approved by ICBC (within 12 weeks from date of accident).
