Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated basalt stones to massage away your stress and tension. This lighter pressure massage lets the heat of the stones do the work to relax tight muscles and improve circulation. This is generally a full body treatment and is not meant to focus on specific areas for treatment.
Reflexology involves manipulating the reflex points on the foot stimulating a healing response in the corresponding organs and systems of the body.
This treatment will include 30 minutes (or more) of foot reflexology.
