This lighter pressure massage lets the heat of the stones do the work to relax tight muscles and improve circulation. This is generally a full body treatment and is not meant to focus on specific areas for treatment. Reflexology involves manipulating the reflex points on the foot stimulating a healing response in the corresponding organs and systems of the body. This treatment will include 30 minutes (or more) of foot reflexology.
