Sessions may include deeper tissue techniques or more indirect methods, depending on what your body responds to best. In addition to massage, you’ll receive personalized home care such as stretching, strengthening exercises, and movement education to support healing and restore function. This ongoing self-care component is a key part of the treatment plan, empowering you to take an active role in your recovery. Some post-treatment soreness is normal as your body adapts and heals.
