The initial visit will include a health history taken, physical examination and foot casting (if deemed necessary). Please ensure you check with your private insurance company if a Chiropractor iOS covered by them to do this and if you require note from your MD with a musculoskeletal diagnosis and custom orthotics as the prescribed treatment.
