Assessment and Lymphatic drainage treatment
**For new clients** Vodder method Lymphatic drainage massage is used to clear swelling from limbs, or around an incision site, following trauma or surgery. Reduction in swelling can help with pain relief after the trauma or surgery, to help improve recovery time and the healing process, and to help recover range of motion at the site of the scar or injury. This technique is intended for acute injury, and can be performed within a week of surgery right through to subacute scar work and rehabilitation. This session includes extensive assessment with swelling measurements, medical photography and guided home care.
