This visit builds on your initial assessment and focuses on continued hands-on treatment tailored to your progress and current needs.
Your osteopath will reassess how your body is moving, address areas of restriction, and use gentle manual techniques to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support overall function. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
Note: Children 0-3 years are free with a booked parent appointment.
