The scar tissue discovery call is an over-the-phone (not in-person at the clinic) 20-minute appointment with Laura Kreis. This is a space to ask any questions, make known any concerns, and ensure all vital details are known by the client before treatment (eg. was surgical mesh used in surgery?). If there are details not known, this gives time to contact the related healthcare professional for further clarification before the initial treatment.
Please note that this call is not an assessment nor will provide clearance for treatment. The area(s) in question will always be assessed in person and declared clear for treatment at the initial scar tissue release treatment.
