Compression Garment Authorization for Assistive Devices Program (ADP)
This appointment is for the renewal of initial application of the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) for compression garments for those with lymphedema. The therapist will assess your condition and determine the appropriate compression garment(s) needed for your lymphedema.
Please note this is not a massage therapy session and cannot be billed as one. A receipt will still be provided. If you are unsure if this appointment is appropriate, please contact the front desk and the therapist can reach out to discuss further.
