Our Supervised Physiotherapy Active Rehab program is delivered by our skilled Physiotherapy Assistant, who works hand-in-hand with your physiotherapist. This ensures they fully understand your condition, your goals, and your personalized treatment plan.
Your program is designed by the physiotherapist and carried out under the assistant’s supervision, so you’ll receive expert guidance and support at every step. This model helps you stay consistent, accountable, and on track for results—while offering excellent value at $90 for a 45-minute session.
During your session, the assistant may be supervising up to two other clients in the gym, with start times staggered every 20 minutes. Even in this shared environment, you’ll still receive individualized attention and care tailored to your needs.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
