Direct Billing: For your convenience, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. To get started, please bring your insurance details to your first visit. Please note: While we provide this as a courtesy service, successful billing is subject to your provider’s portal availability.
Cancellation Policy: To ensure all our patients can be seen, we require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost . If you need to reach us after hours, please email us at clinic@atlasphysio.ca .
