A Tune Up to harmonize your Biofield. Intuitive bodywork rooted in Ayurvedic, Thai and traditional ancient medicine. Includes abdominal therapy + rebozo wrapping + sound bath. Tea + integration plan, your Pocket Compass to complete your session. Every element curated for you. | As a Registered Massage Therapist, I provide an insurance receipt following your session. Because portions of our time together fall outside of what is billable as Massage Therapy, your receipt will reflect 90 minutes ($175+tax) of hands-on Massage Therapy — honouring the integrity of each element of our session and ensuring your receipt accurately reflects the insurable portion of your care. | Please allow for up to 2hr15min for this work.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
