A one hour Himalayan hot stone massage allows enough time for treatment on the back, neck, back of legs and arms.
A Himalayan massage uses the same techniques as Hot Stone massage but swaps out the dark basalt stones for stones of pink Himalayan salt.
Himalayan salt contains 84 natural minerals that can benefit your health, and its crystals generate negative ions, which have been linked to reduced stress and increased mental clarity.
A Himalayan salt stone massage has a rejuvenating effect on the mind and body, providing not only a sense of deep relaxation but also improved sleep and blood circulation, as well as reduced signs of aging.
Hot Stone Massage is NOT recommended under the following circumstances:
Pregnancy,
Severe menopausal condition,
Severe heart condition,
Acute diabetes,
Acute skin condition,
Heat rash and/or sunburn.
