Patients who “no-show” or cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment fee billed directly to the them. We understand exceptional circumstances may sometimes arise and so we provide reminders of 48-hour email and 24-hour texts.
✅ Bring your health insurance card with you for direct billing. If you have two plans bring proof of both!
⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This is to ensure you receive the full allotted time for your treatment. This also helps the massage therapist stay on schedule for the next appointment.
