Orthotic Assessment
During this appointment, Shauna will complete a gait analysis and assess if custom orthotics would be beneficial. A deposit of $300 will be taken at this time and $250 at the time of pick up. If orthotics are not recommended this will be billed as a Physiotherapy and Gait Assessment @ $150.
Please note - we are not able to direct bill for Orthotics. At the time of pick-up once payment is received in full, we will provide you with the Biomechanical and Gait Analysis and Orthotic Manufacturing Process required by insurance. It is recommended you check with your insurance provider for their exact requirements prior to your appointment. A prescription from your MD for Custom Orthotics is typically required by insurance companies and is not something we provide.
