This appointment includes a thorough health intake, consultation and assessment with our Manual Osteopath so that we can understand your specific health concerns and goals. Assessment may include postural assessment, assessment of functional movement and manual muscle testing.
You'll then receive a personalized Manual Osteopathy treatment tailored to address your unique needs, which includes manual osteopathic techniques and exercise therapy.
You will not be required to undress during assessment or treatment. PLEASE WEAR LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING.
