This service utilizes the most recent and relevant breathwork science to assess and develop a plan of action to help individuals reach their goals. This service is appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be billed under your osteopathy benefits.
Your 40-minute 1-on-1 session is for people who want to:

Reduce feelings of breathlessness and fatigue
Reduce symptoms of asthma, rhinitis, obstructive sleep apnea and other respiratory disorders
Reduce musculoskeletal pain including low back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ
